Shipping
We try to get all orders out as fast as possible but, please allow 3-5 days for product production and order assembly. Approximate time from order date to delivery date varies (things can take a little longer around the holidays), therefore we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date. We ship via USPS within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to LOVE what you purchase from us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, and you want to return or exchange any products (unused/unwashed/undamaged) purchased at our brick and mortar store location, you have 7 days to do so from the date of purchase. If you are wanting to return or exchange any products (unused/unwashed/undamaged) purchased online, you have 7 days from the USPS delivery date to contact us via email to initiate an Return/Exchange Request. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at Thalkenmercantile@gmail.com. Put in the subject title the ORDER # followed by Return/Exchange Request (Example: ORDER #1234 Return/Exchange Request), and give a brief description of what’s going on, and how we can make you happy. Once a correspondence has been established, and if the goods still need to be returned or exchanged, we will email you a USPS return label. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The cost of the return delivery fee will be taken out of the refund. All returns and exchanges must be dropped off at a USPS within 7 days of the date that the USPS return label was emailed to you. Please do not mail products back without contacting us first. If products are mailed back before a correspondence has been established, we are not responsible for the loss of those products.
